Tsavo East National Park Budget Safari

This 3-day 2-night private budget safari but is a pocket-friendly package to Tsavo East National Park. Tsavo East is generally flat, with dry plains across which the Galana River flows. Other features include the Yatta Plateau and Lugard Falls. The parks can be accessed through several gates namely Manyani Gate, Voi Gate, Buchuma Gate and Sala Gate.

You’ll be collected from the airport.

Day 1 :

Nairobi - Tsavo East National Park

Pick up from your hotel or the airport, a short briefing about your safari and drive for approximately 7 hours to Tsavo East National park. Tsavo East National Park the largest park in Kenya at 13,747 sq. Kilometers. Arrive at the lodge for check-in for relaxation & lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive through the Tsavo East National Park. Tsavo East is separated from the western part of the park by the railway linking Nairobi to Mombasa. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2 :

Tsavo East National Park

Have an early morning game drive at the park. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll venture forth once more in search of hunters and grazers. We’re sure to spot wildlife at Mudanda Rock, a whale-backed formation creating a natural dam. This unique watering hole is a natural draw for elephants and other animals looking for water in this wild and rugged park. Spend the rest of the day at leisure enjoying the hotel’s facilities. The park's salvation is the dense vegetation along its permanent and seasonal rivers. The Tsavo, Galana and Athi rivers are a vital part of the Tsavo ecosystem and are great spots to watch wildlife.

Day 3 :

Tsavo East NP - Nairobi City

Early break fast, followed by morning game drive to capture the sun rise and also it’s a good chance to see the BIG CATS either hunting or hunted and feasting on a kill especially lions. Later depart to Nairobi using the Mombasa Nairobi highway. End tour. Hakuna Matata.
